Zaytown Global Beat Agreement

By purchasing this beat, you agree to adhere to a revenue share of 50% for any resulting work product.The remaining 50% will be remanded to Zaytown Global

You also warrant and represent that no materials, (including, but not limited to, so-called “samples”) furnished or selected will violate or infringe upon any rights of any person. If such third party materials are included in the finished track, you agree that the cost of clearance and revenue shares will paid by the artist and not by Zaytown Global.

Zaytown Global Remix Agreement

Dear __First Name__:

This will confirm the following agreement ("Agreement") made as of __DATE_ between Zaytown Global ("Zaytown Global") and Full legal name______ fp/k/a Artist name_____ herein referred to as the vocalist by this reference.

By purchasing this remix, you agree to adhere to the following conditions any resulting work product.

• For all Net Sales through all normal retail channels in the United States (“USNRC Net Sales”) of royalty-bearing Albums, singles, streaming and all other platforms embodying the Remix hereunder, the vocalist will be entitled 50 percent (50%) of the basic royalty rate for the Album, single, streaming and all other platforms on USNRC Net Sales (the "Basic Royalty Rate").This 50% will be shared with any other rights holders on track including other vocalists, instrumentalists etc.

• For tracks with uploaded instrumental stems or session files, the producer(s) will also be entitled to an additional 15% of revenue to come out of the Zaytown Global share.

• For tracks with more than two credited vocalists or producers, please contact the management team for a modified agreement.

• Finally, the singee agrees that no materials, (including, but not limited to, so-called “samples”) furnished or selected will violate or infringe upon any rights of any person. If such third party materials are included in the finished track, you agree that the cost of clearance and revenue shares will paid by the artist and not by Zaytown Global.
